TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and that you understand the terms of service provided below.

🕸️ GENERAL
- You must be 18 years or older to request a commission.- Do not trace nor copy the artwork. Edits are okay with permission.- Commissions are not first come, first serve. I'll be choosing the requests I will work on.- I may decline commission requests if I'm not comfortable with it or it's beyond my artistic abilities.- I will most likely use the artwork for promotion purposes. If you don't want your commission to be posted, please let me know in advance (this might involve a privacy charge).- All goods are digital and will be uploaded to google drive once completed.- You will receive and be able to use the goods once full payment has been received.🕸️ PAYMENT
-Prices are in USD and payments will be processed through PayPal invoice.- Down payment is required to start the artwork.- Partial payments plans can be discussed.- Price may increase depending the complexity of the commission and add-ons.- Prices will be doubled for physical goods commercial use. (Such as keychains, shirts, posters, etc.)🕸️ REFUNDS
- Once I begin the commission there’s no refunds available, so please be aware of this before requesting.- Refunds or partial refunds will only be available if I am unable to finish the commission for any reason.🕸️ COMMISSION PROCESS
- DM or email me on [email protected] to request a commission.- I will send you a request form to fill in with further details.- I will send you an itinerary with the cost, which can be edited before confirmation.- I will accept your commission request and send an invoice on PayPal.- After payment (or downpayment), I will start the sketch and send it to you for revisions.- After final sketch is confirmed, I'll proceed to continue the commission and send you the finished files via your email. (If you have a payment plan, it will be sent once the final payment has been completed)🕸️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Communication can be through email, discord or X.- For non-character design related commissions please provide a full character reference. (full-body, colors and details.) Written descriptions will not be accepted.- Turnaround time may vary between 1-4 months. I have a chronic illness so I am unable to accept rush commissions.- I will send commissions updates often, minimum once a week.🕸️COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
- You may use the artwork for display on socials (banners, profile pictures, posts, or any print that is only for personal use).- If t includes commercial rights use, artwork can be used for promotional use, streaming and digital goods or merchandise.- Credit must be given to the artist (keia/keiatlas) when commissioned artwork is being used on socials. (This can be in description or panels.)- You can not modify or alter the artwork unless it is for meme or temporary gags.- You can not claim the artwork as your own (that you drew it).- You can not use it for other purposes that weren't discussed previously, this will result in a blacklist or legal action.- You can not use the artwork in any NFTs, cryptocurrency or AI. If done, this will result in a blacklist or legal action.- I (Keia/Keiatlas) retain all the rights for display, advertising the work on socials, portfolio, etc.🕸️ CAN DRAW

- TOS is subject to change without previous notice.
- If TOS rules are broken, you will be blacklisted for future commissions and possible legal action may be taken.
